What is the Wheatfield Lakes Facebook page used for?

The Wheatfield Lakes Facebook page is open to current residents of Wheatfield Lakes subdivision. The page is used for current homeowners to connect and shares information about our community including yard sales, lost pets, fundraisers, babysitting, etc. Please note that this page is not associated with the HOA or managed by the Wheatfield Lakes HOA. Questions for board members will NOT be answered on this facebook page. Please direct any questions to our Association Manager.

Why isn’t the Board enforcing a rule?

There are several possibilities, we may not be aware of the issue or the concern, we might be working with the homeowner already to have the issue addressed, or a decision of a previous board could have made an exception that ties our hands in the matter. If in doubt, please reach out to speak to us about the issue and we’ll look into it further.

My neighbor is violating a rule, what should I do?

Our first advice would be that if you are comfortable speaking with your neighbor this is a good first step. If you aren’t comfortable with this please just let us know the details and the board can look into this further for you. We will protect your confidentiality when addressing the issue with your neighbor.

There are TWO HOAs in this community. Which one am I in?
